The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced enterprise-level business development executive who knows how to win.
This is a senior role for someone who is hungry to grow new business and build lasting relationships with major retailers, brands, and distributors. You will work directly with the President and Director of Sales to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close programs that make a real impact.

What You Will Do
• Target and acquire new business with leading retailers and distributors across North America
• Build a strong pipeline through research, outreach, and consistent follow-up
• Engage at every level of the customer organization, from buyers to senior executives
• Develop thoughtful outreach campaigns that create conversations and open doors
• Collaborate with our team on proposals and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
• Represent our company with professionalism at client meetings, tradeshows, and events
• Maintain organized CRM tracking and regular reporting
What Success Looks Like
90 Days: You know our products, our customers, and our competitive advantages. You’ve built a qualified list of top targets and booked meetings with key decision makers.
6 Months: You have active quotes and sampling programs in motion and a growing pipeline of strong opportunities.
12 Months: You have landed major accounts and built a base of business that moves the needle for the company.
Who You Are
• A proven business developer with a track record of opening and growing major accounts
• Experienced in enterprise-level B2B sales, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or retail supply
• History of closing multi-million-dollar contracts with major national accounts
• Confident and natural when building relationships with senior decision makers
• Organized, methodical, and accountable
• Competitive, self-motivated, and focused on results
• Driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and earn accordingly

Location
Based in Toronto, Ontario. Exceptional candidates in other major North American markets will be considered, with travel required to our Toronto facility and to client sites.
